If you do not find such a category then
simply follow the prompts for "All Other Questions" and
send us a proposal with your issue and
we will see if one of our Gurus can help.
If
we can help, then our email reply will
have links back to the proper pages on
our site
to enter your query. If we cannot help,
then our email response might contain information
on alternate organizations or companies
that
may be able to assist.
2. Send us a Question or a Request for Proposal
Read the information we have in that category.
If you are ready to buy, then follow the
links and complete the short order forms
by telling us a little more about your situation
and posing your question.
If you are not ready to buy and would like
to know how we can help you with your issue
first, then simply follow the "Proposal" links
to send us a summarized version of your issue.
One of our Gurus will reply with a proposal
detailing how we can assist with your specific
concern and the type of service we can provide.
The email will also give you a link back
to our order form where your original information
will be kept and you simply have to add the
additional information required.
3. Make your Payment
Once your order form is complete you will be directed to the site of our secure
internet payment provider "Internet Secure" where you can make your
payment by Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. Our prices are all
in U.S. Dollars and include all applicable taxes.
Once payment has been approved, you will be presented with a "Continue" button.
Clicking this button will direct you back to Guruknowledge.com and will indicate
to us that you have completed payment. It is very important that you click this
button to ensure as rapid a turnaround time for your question as possible.
You will also receive an email receipt of your payment and our reception of your
question.
4. A Guru Replies
Within 2 business days the Guru most specialized in the area of your enquiry
will reply by emailing you a report. Depending on the nature of your enquiry,
your report might offer a solution to your issue, an alternative process, a correction
or even fulfillment of a service you requested (ex: critiquing your resume, mystery
call centre test result ...)
On some occasions a Guru might reply and ask for clarification or additional
information to help better answer your particular concern. This might add to
the 2 day turnaround but we always try to stay within that time frame.
Regardless, you will get the best advice possible based on the information you
provide.
5. You Decide on the Next Step
Using our advice your next step is to decide on the next step. You can order
additional questions on the avenue you choose from our recommendations, you can
implement our recommendations, or you can ignore our options and look for others.
The choice is yours.
