Privacy Policy and Your Contact Information

Information you supply to Guruknowledge will be used solely to provide you with the best answer to your query. We will not ask you to become a member or to provide more information than what is needed to provide you with the best possible answer and to process your credit card payment.

At Guruknowledge we will never use your name or contact information without your consent. We give you the option of selecting how your contact information will be used. The last question of Stage 1 of all Advice forms reads:

I would like to allow Guruknowledge to use my name and contact information to send me offers and information from Guruknowledge as well as approved merchants that may be of interest to me or my business.

• If you select "No" as your answer to this question, we will not use your information for any further marketing purposes. We will use your information for the purposes of answering your question(s) and for occasional follow-up e-mails that relate only to the question asked. Once the question has been answered, your information is removed from our database.

• If you select "Yes" for Marketing Purposes in the first step of the order form, Guruknowledge reserves the right to share your name and contact information might be shared with approved businesses specializing in your question of enquiry that may send you offers from time to time that may be of interest to you or your business.

These external approved merchants will not be allowed to share your information with any other merchant, thus ensuring that you will not receive any solicitations from businesses that are of no interest to your personal or business needs.

• Worried about missing this field? No need to! The default value for this field is "No". Unlike many other sites, we will not trick you into agreeing to be marketed to. We will only add customers to our mailing/email list when they willfully tell us that they want to be added.

Due to our low price and method of delivery we can only provide condensed experienced advice through email to our customer's concerns.

Though our advice is more than suitable for most concerns we would not advocate our service as a solution to customers whose issues need in depth personal or business analysis. We would encourage such individuals to seek professional counseling or the advice of long term face to face consultants and professionals such as Business Unlimited.

Although advice obtained through Guruknowledge is provided by experienced consultants, it should be interpreted as subjective in nature and intended as support to customers' actions or to give additional options in their own search for a solution.

We cannot be held responsible, positively or negatively, for the advice provided and since it is impossible to return advice that was requested and read, we do not provide refunds.

1. I, the consumer, can expect that all advice provided to me by Guruknowledge will be personalized and specific to my enquiry and will always be provided by qualified consultants in the field of my enquiry.

2. I, the consumer, can expect that all advice provided to me by Guruknowledge will be free from any corporate sponsorship and will be relayed to me in a simple, easy to understand and direct manner.

3. I, the consumer, understand that Guruknowledge can only provide short basic advice based on the information and details I provide. I further understand that this information does not constitute a replacement for in depth analysis and consulting work that would be provided by long term face to face consultants and experts.

4. I, the consumer, understand that the information I receive is purely subjective advice from knowledgeable people in the field of enquiry and I, the consumer, remain ultimately responsible for all final decisions.

5. I, the consumer, understand that Guruknowledge and its affiliates, agents, consultants and operators cannot be held liable for any results stemming from the advice Guruknowledge provides. I further understand that I, the consumer and buyer of this advice, maintain all responsibility for the implementation and results, or lack thereof, of any advice provided by Guruknowledge.

6. I, the consumer, understand that Guruknowledge does not provide detailed and in depth consulting and that Guruknowledge recommends the hiring of long term face to face professionals and consultants for any complicated and/or large scale issue needing lengthy analysis and implementation.

7. I, the consumer, understand that the advice provided by Guruknowledge, though expert and professional should be seen as a quick fix and simplified alternative to the long term in depth analysis that is provided by face to face in house consultants and experts.

8. I, the consumer, understand that all advice provided to me by Guruknowledge remains the copy-write property of Guruknowledge and is intended for my own personal use and may not be reproduced, copied, or rebroadcast through any medium without the expressed written consent of Guruknowledge.

Refunds

9. I, the consumer, can expect that Guruknowledge will undergo all possible means to ensure that the advice provided to me satisfies my needs and provides me with value for the price paid.

10. I, the consumer, understand that Guruknowledge encourages all customers to take advantage of the "Send Me a Proposal First" option which is free and which can inform me, the customer, of the level and extent of service provided by Guruknowledge prior to my deciding to pay for the service.

11. I, the consumer, understand that the cost for any advice sent by Guruknowledge to my email address is non refundable. I further understand that due to the nature of this service and the impossibility or returning advice that was given, Guruknowledge can only refund purchases that failed to be completed due to technical difficulties originating from the Guruknowledge service.

12. I, the consumer, understand that my inability to receive the advice sent by Guruknowledge due to technical difficulties on my side (the consumer) or general internet difficulties does not qualify as reason for a refund based on technical difficulties.

13. I, the consumer, understand that for any refund that qualifies under point 11 above, Guruknowledge reserves the right to choose the refund method and currency. I further understand that in most cases, my refund will be sent by cheque to the address I provide on this service.
